Policies
1. Payment and Billing
Clients agree to automatic billing on outlined due dates. If a client discontinues participation due to inconsistency, no-shows, or lack of engagement, billing will continue as scheduled. By enrolling, clients authorize Future Adults Consulting Group to process payments on their provided card on due dates.
2. Multi-Session Commitment and No-Refund Policy
By signing a contract for multiple sessions or packages, clients acknowledge and commit to completing the agreed-upon sessions. No refunds will be provided if the client chooses to discontinue or change their mind after signing. This policy ensures consistency and allows clients to receive the full benefit of the program. In extenuating circumstances, an additional session may be offered at the consultant’s discretion as a one-time accommodation.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered no-shows and billed in full. For workshops or group sessions, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a partial refund (a 50% fee may apply to cover reserved spots and materials).
4. No Refund Policy for Completed or Scheduled Sessions
Refunds are not available for any completed or scheduled sessions, regardless of reason. In cases of extenuating circumstances, Future Adults Consulting Group may consider offering an additional session as a one-time courtesy at the company’s discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Program Commitment
Our programs are designed for consistent engagement to maximize impact. If a client is unable to fulfill their commitment due to unavoidable circumstances, they should contact us promptly to discuss possible adjustments. However, no refunds will be issued for multi-session packages once contracted.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
All consultations, coaching sessions, and workshops are conducted in a confidential and professional manner. Client information will not be shared without explicit permission unless required by law.
7. Termination of Services
Future Adults Consulting Group reserves the right to discontinue services if a client repeatedly fails to attend sessions, is unresponsive, or engages in conduct that is disruptive or unprofessional. In such cases, billing will remain as outlined in the initial agreement.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality, impactful services. If a client is dissatisfied with a session, they should contact us within 24 hours to discuss the issue. While refunds are not provided, we will work to ensure the client’s needs are addressed, and additional support may be offered in certain cases.
